Article 3 Charter School Facilities Credit Enhancement Grant Program
The Authority has drafted proposed emergency regulations for the purpose of implementing the Charter School Facilities Credit Enhancement Grant Program.

The 45 day written public comment period opened May 10, 2024 and closes June 24, 2024. No public meeting was scheduled nor was a hearing requested by any member of the public.
